In this theory and play session you will have the opportunity to understand your unique personality profile and how to leverage your strengths and build resilience in the face of adversity, anxiety and fear.

 

Beyond the Gym

How to use your health and fitness to participate more in life and make more memories

 

In this session we will cover why personal fitness and health looks different for each person. From there, we will go through how to build a sustainable lifestyle that doesn't have to incorporate the gym. You will leave this session with a solid framework for what health means to you, what it uniquely looks like for you and how to make it sustainable for life.

 

Peak Performance and States of Flow

How to access states of focus and calm using mind, body and breath

 

In this session you will learn how to calm down your nervous system using your breath and mind so you can perform at your physical peak. You will leave this session with a personal anchoring tool so you access this state of clarity at any moment and at any time.
