Become A FIT Coach

Coaches Module 2 (or CM2) of the Alpha Flow Coaches Training is a four day in-person short course, introducing the Flow Intelligence Theory (FIT) used by Alpha Theta coaches everyday. This model has been developed to teach coaches and trainers the skills required to propel their coaching style and get the most out of their clients - and most importantly, themselves.

 

You’ll come away having learnt how to adapt your coaching to the learning style of your athlete or client, and possess an in-depth understanding of human motivations and communication. We’ll introduce you to the tactics used to pinpoint a client’s mental and physical roadblocks, and teach you the strategies to assist clients in breaking through challenges.

 

This is your introduction to the models developed and fine-tuned by Alpha Theta coaches over the past decade, with the aim to help you recognise your potential as a coach. Learn rapidly by doing in our CM2 Trainer’s Week.

The Trainers Week is held in-person. A rough outline of the structure is below:

  • 9am start, lunch and breaks throughout, 5pm finish. 

  • Participants can take advantage of daily intern and observation opportunities outside of the Trainers Week hours (9am - 5pm)

  • Team dinner and catch-ups are highly encouraged to further deepen learning and networking
